Onondaga Senior Receives German American Society of CNY Scholarship

Onondaga senior Riley Mulligan was honored Monday, April 27, by the German American Society of CNY for her dedication and hard work in German over the past several years.

Riley received a monetary scholarship to help support her out-of-pocket college expenses. She will attend the University of Vermont in the fall and plans to major in Animal Sciences.

During the awards night, hosted by the German American Society of Central New York, guests enjoyed traditional German food and dancing. Riley was recognized alongside two other German students from districts in the Syracuse area who also received scholarships.
