Environmental Club Participates in Science on Seneca

On October 20th, students from the Environmental Club, along with Mr. Mauro and Mrs. Tehan, participated in Science on Seneca, a field program sponsored by Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Aboard a research vessel, students tested water quality, examined dredge samples, and observed plankton under microscopes. Their collected data will support ongoing research in the college’s Geoscience Department. Despite the cold winds, students enjoyed an exciting day of authentic scientific investigation.
