District Celebrates 100% Passing Rate on June 2024 Math Regents Exams

We are thrilled to announce that all students who took the Algebra, Geometry and Algebra 2 Regents exams in June 2024 achieved a 100% passing rate. This remarkable accomplishment reflects the dedication, hard work and academic excellence of both our students and the outstanding math department.

A special congratulations goes to Mr. Melfi, Mrs. Bort and the rest of the math department for their tireless efforts in preparing students for success, as well as the entire OCS staff who have played a role in preparing our students for this level of rigor. Their commitment to fostering the necessary support has truly paid off.

This achievement not only highlights the strength of our math program but also underscores the collaborative spirit between teachers, students and parents. We are incredibly proud of our students for their perseverance and dedication, and we extend our gratitude to the educators who continue to inspire and guide them.
