Preschool Registration 2021.2022

Rockwell Preschool Registration for students entering Preschool in September 2022

Registration will open on Monday, March 7th.  Packet pick  up at Rockwell Elementary School (packets will be in the blue bin outside of the main office door) at 208 Rockwell Road, Nedrow, NY 13120

Students must be 3 or 4 years old by December 1, 2022 to enter Preschool

Parents or Guardians must be able to provide the following
Birth Certificate
Shot Record/Physical
(2) proofs reisdency (1) primary & (1) secondary
(Tax bill, signed lease agreement, currentutility bill)

Once completed please put back in the blue bin or if you need copies made, please email lwadsworth@ocs.cnyric.org or call 315-552-5070 ext 7129 to make an appointment
