Welcome! The Onondaga Central School District is located south of Syracuse in upstate New York nestled in a valley with rural surroundings. The district provides a tranquil environment in a picturesque setting, yet enjoys all the major cultural advantages of an urban area within a 20 minute drive. A staff of 198 full and part-time employees, three academic buildings, preschool, a transportation center, and administrative offices commonly serve an enrollment of approximately 750 students, Pre-Kindergarten to twelfth grade.
Please note: Immediate need for certified substitute teachers ($140/day) and substitute teaching assistants ($115/day).

| School Bus Driver | Onondaga CSD has a part-time opening for a route recently vacated. If you're looking for a part-time position with the same days off as the students, and have a driver's license, we will provide the training to become a school bus driver. | School Bus Drivers/ Substitute Bus Driver | Looking for a good paying part-time job with the same days off as the kids? You must be at least 21 yrs old, have a driver's license, and like working with kids. No experience necessary, but it's always appreciated. Training for the road test can be provided.
