Rockwell Elementary School's outdoor classroom construction is underway as planned from the grant money provided to OCS from Assemblywoman Hunter.  We will complete construction on the Rockwell Elementary School's outdoor classroom prior to finalizing the construction plans for the drop off loop at the Jr./Sr. High School.

DASNY Capital Project Grant Money- In Progress

  • Rockwell Elementary School's outdoor classroom construction is underway, delays from the steel/metal fabrication company for the outdoor seating, tables, and exploration areas have slowed the project down, but we are looking forward to the completion when nice weather returns in the Spring.
  • The Drop-off and Pick-up area at the Jr./Sr. High School is on hold until the completion of the outdoor classroom; we want to get one grant project completed before we begin the other.
