School Physicals
Updated physicals are required for Grades 3 and 5. If you do not have a primary care physician, your child may have a school physical with our school physician. School physical exams will be offered in the Fall and Spring each year. If you would like to schedule a school physical for your child, please call the school nurse, # 315-552-5052.

All children must be age-appropriately immunized to attend school in New York State. NYS does NOT recognize Religious exemptions. If your child has a Medical exemption it must be renewed yearly. We do not have an immunizations clinic at the school at this time. Please contact your primary care physician or the Onondaga County Immunizations Clinic (#315-425-2074) to obtain necessary vaccines.
