Wheeler 5th-Graders Present State Floats

Wheeler Elementary’s fifth-grade students showed off their state-of-the-art float presentations on November 7, 2025. 

Every student created a float presenting their chosen state. Families and friends joined them in the small gym to admire their hard work and vote on their favorites. There were two primary awards: 

Most Creative Award — Sierra Bush (#6, Connecticut) from Mrs. Bell’s class
Most Informational Award — Violet Kolodziey (#56, Delaware) from Mrs. Tobin’s class
